We travel from Dublin to Louisiana. On arrival, we are met by our driver, who will accompany us for the duration of the tour, and we are transferred by coach to Shreveport, which is the City the Robert was born in…

TUESDAY, 01th November:
After breakfast we will take a backstage tour of Shreveport’s most iconic performing arts venue, the Municipal Auditorium. Learn the stories and hear the songs of the many stars that have graced the stage. Visit the James Burton foundation- James was Elvis’ lead guitarist from 1969-1977. After this we will have a special tour of Shreveport taking in Roberts family home and Mama Courtney’s grave. This evening, we have arranged a special performance by Robert for the group.

WEDNESDAY, 02nd November:
This morning we will do some shopping at the Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets. In the afternoon, we will have a music driving tour with a step on guide. Hear the sounds of Shreveport as they show off their significant place in American music history! This evening, we will attend the State Fair of Louisiana.

THURDSAY, 03rd November:
We must say goodbye to Shreveport today and head to Memphis, where we will visit Graceland. the home of the late great Elvis Presley. We will tour the house, museum, Lisa Marie’s plane and of course Elvis’ Grave. Last but not least we will also stop at Beale Street before arriving at the Hotel

FRIDAY, 04th November:
Sun Studios will be our first stop today, where Elvis and many other Country and Rock legends recorded. As we make our way towards Nashville, we will also visit at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.

SATURDAY, 05th November
First up today is a self- guided tour of the Ryman Auditorium (which is the original home of the Grand Ole Opry and standing on the famous stage you will almost feel the ghosts of the legends who sang there many years ago) We then visit the Johnny Cash Museum, which is new to Nashville. This evening we will attend a performance at the famous Grand Ole Opry.

SUNDAY, 06th November:
This morning we will attend the Country Church service, after which we will spend the afternoon cruising down the Cumberland River on the General Jackson Showboat. This will include a delicious buffet lunch and some entertainment.. Afterwards, we will hit the shops at the Opry Mills Mall and visit the brand-new Madame Tussauds which is just newly opened in Nashville.

MONDAY, 07th November
This morning we will tour Studio B and the Country Music Hall of Fame. We will also visit the graves of some of our much-loved country stars including George Jones and Johnny & June Cash. This evening we will have free time to enjoy our last night in the Honkytonks on Broadway…

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head for the airport and our flight back to Ireland…
